This Beat License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Centoro Enterprise ("Licensor") and John Doe ("Licensee").

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive license to use the beat "Summer Vibes" for commercial and non-commercial purposes subject to the terms below.

3. USAGE LIMITS

  • Maximum streams: 10,000
  • Music videos: 1
  • Radio play: Permitted
  • Synchronization: Permitted for 1 video

4. RESTRICTIONS

  • Beat cannot be resold as-is
  • Beat cannot be included in sample packs
  • Licensee cannot claim ownership of the instrumental
  • Centoro retains all copyright to the original composition

5. PAYMENT & DELIVERY

License fee paid in full. All files delivered via download link. No refunds once files are downloaded.

6. TERM

This license is valid indefinitely from the date of purchase. The Licensor reserves the right to terminate this agreement if terms are violated.
