Centoro Enterprise Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Centoro Enterprise's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Centoro Enterprise provides creative and technology services including but not limited to: graphic design, web development, photography, videography, music production, and beat licensing.

3. Payment Terms

50% deposit required before work begins. Balance payable upon completion. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain with Centoro Enterprise until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights transfer as per the specific service agreement.

5. Beat Licensing

Lease licenses grant limited usage rights. Exclusive licenses transfer full ownership. License agreements are binding and cannot be transferred.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary materials and feedback within reasonable timeframes. Delays may affect project timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Centoro Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed will be payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
